How to convert a word document to a jpeg (2 Viewers)

Have a 4 page word document in A5 booklet style (two downward columns per page)

Need it to be converted to a jpeg

Have tried going into Paint and pasting but this only does the first page
When I do subsequent pages the formatting gets messed up.

Any suggestions?

print screen each page and paste (hold Alt Gr + hit Prt Scr when viewing each page, then paste into paint or photoshop or whatever)

what's the jpg meant to look like - is it going to be one big wide image made up of the five pages side by side?
