It's all sounding a bit HG Wells to me. They've been talking about this a bit on an archaeology list I subscribe to. The consensus so far is that all that's missing is Bat Boy.

Also, an Andean Tiger Hound? Because of all the tigers in the Andes?

Also, would a creature with two noses be able to smell more? Because I once knew a fellow with two mickeys, and he hardly ever got rode at all.
