This is the ultimate home recording set up - It's 1 1/2 years old and never left the studio. It allows 32 tracks at 24 bits - 8 simultaneous inputs (upgradable).
The Digi 001 comes with the Factory Bundle - it cost EUR 1600 at the time and today's equivalent (Digi002 rack Factory) costs EUR 1777 at Thomann.de (http://www.netzmarkt.de/thomann/thoiw6_artikel-168905.html) - On top of this I'm throwing in 50+ extra plug-ins that weren't included in the bundle.

Soundcraft SPIRIT Studio 24.8.2
This is a great desk, ideal for both Studio and Live applications.
It has 24 tracks and 8 Buses, top notch EQs and a lot of extra-features normally not present on a desk of this kind.
This desk has a dent at the back. It was damaged but then it's been professionally repaired and tested. It cost about 4K new and it's very hard to find pre-owned (it took me six months at the time).

Tannoy Reveal Monitors - Active (Pair)
These monitors are perfect for home recording - note they have nothing to do with the passive version. The difference is not just in the amplification, these are much better quality.

They are ACTIVE so you won't need an external amplifier - they cost about 600 at the time. Sure they're not top-end but they're definitely the best in this price range. You must be prepared to spend MUCH more for a pair of better monitors. All the Morello album has been mixed on them.

AKG K 270 S Professtional Studio Headphones

With two transducers in each earcup, the K 270 S achieves undistorted, wide-bandwidth reproduction at the output levels far beyond the capability of conventional headphones.

It's not exactly the one in the picture but it's very similar and you get the idea - it's used but it works perfectly, comes with all the leads.

2) Offers for lots 1 and 2 must be reasonable. Please don't offer half of the asking price or make comparisons to Ebay prices. These items are available in Ireland and can be seen/tried anytime. On Ebay you need to pay shipping, VAT, custom duties and all the hassle. Plus, the items can't be seen and there's always the risk to be ripped off by some dingo in S.Diego.
These prices are fair and based on what we paid for this gear at the time (after a looooong research) less a good 30/40%
To cut a long story short: if you find it cheaper on ebay please just buy it there and don't waste my time
