nope, I'm working like a mule for the next three weeks, but am planning a GBV day for myself once shit calms down...

sitting in work today and Back To The Lake came on random play, holy shit... the build up at the end of that song is so amazing, when everythings kicking in...

if a band had recorded that, and nothing else decent you'd be woo'd... but when you realise that Bob has hundreds or moments just as good as that one... ya just start to get giddy....

3. what happened to the rest of that band at all...,

Apparently back in 1997, he sacked the band through the web-site.
I think it was Cobra Verde who were the band on the Mag Earwhig! record.
But some of them came back for the later records.

Anyway, sister got me a belated birthday present of a DvD called The Who Cried and Went Home. Still have to watch it, but it's all live footage.

Watch Me Jumpstart is brilliant. It should be aired on Christmas Day

i just puts on 'I'll get over it' from The Grand Hour ep.....its like 39 seconds of sheer bliss........listen to the drumming in it
