Reminds me of long car journeys as a child with my mother screaming at my father to slow down, him smoking a pipe and making us all carsick, necessitating endless stops so we could puke on the side of the road, fights over who didn't get to sit in the middle, and warm hang sangwidges. Its really nostalgic and really reminds me of my childhood too, even though all I remember hearing on long car journeys was Chirpy Chirpy Cheap Cheap.

And all we ever heard in the house was Neil Diamond....

Glen Campbell does the definitive versions of Galveston and Wichita Lineman (don't bother arguing, Jimmy Webb agrees!). I love both songs but I always think Galveston fades out too soon and at quite a random point.
