Suede return to Ireland for an exclusive performance at The Olympia Theatre on February 10th to coincide with their new album and feature film Night Thoughts being released on January 25th. A unique experience: the first half will see Suede perform their Night Thoughts album in full with the film as backdrop before moving on to a traditional set. The tickets will be available to purchase this Friday, October 30th at 10am from Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide.
The legendary britpop act Suede made a name for themselves in the early nineties with the debut album 'Suede', 'Dog Man Star' and 'Coming Up' establishing them as one of the UK’s biggest and most important rock bands before they parted ways in 2003. Since their reunion in 2010 they’ve toured all around the world and played festival’s like Glastonbury and Coachella. The news that everybody had been waiting for finally arrived in January 2013 - new music from Suede in the form of the excellent 'Bloodsports'. And now on January 22 they are finally releasing another new album. On 'Night Thoughts' Suede have worked with a full string section to epic effect and the album is produced by frequent Suede producer Ed Buller. The accompanying feature film is directed by the acclaimed photographer Roger Sargent.
Another new chapter in the grand history of Suede and a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience Suede’s 'Night Thoughts' live at The Olympia Theatre as well as the premiere of the accompanying feature film. They will round off the night in fine style with a rawkus set of highlights from their incredible discography. This is a not to be missed event for all Suede fans.
