room in house in churchtown, 300/month, need someone from the first friday in july. fairly spacious 6-bedroom house, 2 toilets 1 shower, big back garden, quiet and fairly nice area, 5min walk to shops/bus. at the moment we are 4 veggie ladies and 4 non-veggie guys, one of the guys is moving out. not much required except the ability to clean up after yourself. oh and if you're a late sleeper you'll probably be woken up by someone blasting iced earth at about midday. pm me for more details.
