I feel like booting up the emulators and trying some games I missed out on.

My favourites on SNES were Zelda: Link to the Past and Mario World by a mile. Secret of Mana and other Squaresoft RPGs held my interest, but none came close to Zelda.

I didn't find the quality of Megadrive games to be as high. The one really great game for me was Shadow Dancer (a Shinobi sequel) .. a good strategic platformer.

original ea hockey for the megadrive = best game ever.

can't go far wrong with strider, even better, altered beast.

its always been the classics for me... Mario Kart, Street Fighter, Bomberman...

and SNES kicks Megadrive's ass anyday

there was one game for the megadrive that meself and a mate used to rent out quite a bit - i think it was by the makers of prince of persia - the movement was very similar with some new things like being able to roll with your gun and stuff and there were these alien creatures made out of sand or something and they'd gloop along looking like blood cells and then turn into humanoid shape. can't remember the name buh. anyone any ideas?

ea hockey got a good amount of use and road rash was probably my favourite.

Road rash was great. EA Hockey was great too, although I think I liked the fighting more than the game.

was it future shock or something like that, i know the game, you could go on the subway and everything. something to do with future something.

sensible soccer! amazing. kick off 2 was great. i hated it at first. though. i was obsessed with Premier Manager 2 for a while.......never got into championship manager.

never had a megadrive, but liked road rash

snes- sensible soccer(i still have it), mario kart and mortal kombat 3, my stupid brother let someone borrow super mario world and i've not seen it since

SWIV or SWIV2 on the Amiga500. Or IK+ when you press T and all their pants come down.

Also, looking at porn in Duluxe Paint.

Sensi soccer was the best game ever, getting your star player to score from the halfway line, you won't get that in pro evo. I used to have all the fifa's, and there was one called Striker! that was stupid, you just dribbled the ball into the goal. Never got into kick off on the snes, the original on the amiga was great. I had that premier manager too, wasn't it Kevin Keegans player manager? I thought it was shit.

Never ever get involved in championship manager, its is more adictive than crack and smack.

sonic(s). All the time. I only have one game for my GBA and that is sonic.

Ecco the dolphin was only good for the fact that you could bash his stupid snout off rocks and make him 'ooww'

what was with the adventures of fantastic dizzy, or whatever it was called - am egg goes on a wander. Yeah, brilliant concept.

and it makes you ignore the love of your life for days on end

i remember my friend got a cracked version of Super Off Road (amazing game - so was Supercars 2 and Speed Ball 2 - brutal deluxe! - just sayin) and it had this rude animation of the devil totally making love to an angel! ah the amiga...
NBA Jam = nothing but net.

WWF Superstars / Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles / Simpsons were all killer arcade games.

sensible soccer... i find actual soccer so boring but this game is amazing. it's really good fun to play when you're all boozed up.

the first mortal kombat was amazing - first game to allow you fight against a 6 armed demon as a composer. Johnny Cage!
