There is a jumbo skip on lwr Baggott st. by tesco with what looks like the entire contents of a pub in it barstools, tables etc. Thought you might like to know if you require some fixtures & Fittings

As an aside what looks like the SS building is in the Irish Times propoerty section for sale today, says it has full planning permission for mixed use redevelopment-I presume the folks only have it on a 1/2 year lease?

Yeah Seomra spraoi has a two year lease but would be very surprised if it was up for sale so please send on more info.

Also, kitchen crew, if ye are free today there is wood in a skip on Wilton Place, off Leeson St. Foreman is supposedly sound with us taking it.

€2.5 million for retail and residential site off Capel Street

The guide price is €2.5 million.
