I'm desperately trying to get torrents to work.. I'm sing my own laptop so there should be no problems but have no idea how to set it up!!

Well I have BT(Bit torrent) installed so long I basically forget at this stage but as far as I remember you d/l a proggie for BT, I use this one

than just go to one of the sites I linked earlier and double click and save, having said that ur router needs to have "Port forwarding" on for faster speeds.

Green means u are connected correctly
Yellow is not fully and will be slower but will still get the job done
Blue ur not connecting to the "seeder"


Also when u go to a site to d/l make sure there are "seeders" that's people that have the file and are sharing
"peers" are the people d/l
