Exchange Reels short film festival is a platform for emerging film talent (college students, college graduates, independent filmmakers and first timers). The goal of the festival is create a friendly ,comfortable place for filmmakers to screen their work in the company of like minded folk. The first of what is to become aregular night will take place on Thursday the 19 th November in Exchange Dublin Exchange Street Upper (across the road from the Turks Head)
