Excel Spreadsheet - adding rows (1 Viewer)

Anybody know if there is there a quick way to insert one new blank row between each existing filled row on a spreadsheet? I know how to do it one at a time, but that will take ages! I'm using Excel 2003-2007. Cheers!

insert a column to the left
put 2 in cell A1
put the formula =A1+2 in cell A2
drag this down the page
go to the end of your data
insert the odd numbers in cloumn a the same way

copy column a and paste it over itself as values
sort the sheet by column a
delete column a

presto.
