Looks like its curtains for the dodgy cable box.

The chairman of UPC was on Newstalk this morning talking about the new encryption (NAGRA3) that they're rolling out next month.

It'll render the current eurovox boxes useless although no doubt there'll be a new generation of dodgy box out soon after.

I spent 200 quid on one of these last year and couldn't even get the bloody thing working so I think I will just bite the bullet and get sky sports this year.
