Yep, I just discovered there's another ALREADY DEAD who have a fucking album out at www.highfidelityrecords.com .Arse biscuits.

I forsee weeks of struggling to think up a new name so we don't get confused with them...

Hmm..I dunno.I just had a listen and I don't think much of them.I'd be worried people might confuse the two, cos we should (fingers crossed) be having a couple releases out in 2004, which will be getting distroed pretty much everywhere.I'd rather people not mix us up with them, as they appear to have a few things on the way as well.

I'll have to confer with the other two.

Maybe we should have called ourselves "New Electric Shithorse" after all...

Meh , I can think of a lot of bands who have the same name as other bands in the punk scene and there's no problem there , Also mouthpiece must know by now their's another punk band with the same name and they did'nt change it ??(or maybe they did , dunno ?).

"The Real Already Dead" RAD which isn't BAD (sweet jesus this is stupid)
"The Provisional Already Dead" PAD
"The Continuity Already Dead" CAD which also stands for Computer-Aided Design.
"The Official Already Dead" OAD? which is just crap

and so on....

or The Mighty Mighty Already Deads - has a ring to it.....

I actually kinda like Already Dude.

This whole situation has been bugging the shit out of me since I found out.I don't want to share our fucking band name with any other band, wether people know about it or not!If there was a band in the past who'd split with the same name fair enough, but it's the fact that there's a current band with it really...We might have to change it just for the piece of mind factor.Fuck.GRRRRRRRR.
The funny thing though about this, is the fact that the LA ALREADY DEAD sound more like the band Liadain wishes she was in.The have more in common with Respect thru Fear than they do with us musically as well, which is funny.
I dunno.None of us actually want to change it but it could save a lot of greif and hassle (technically they had the name first..)
I have a list of band names already.I've checked.None of them are taken.So don't be surprised if we change it in the coming weeks.Or days even.
