wet chicks? cool. I don't get to choose support acts much these days. I generally have to get bands to send music to headline acts booking agents, and let them decide. but if I could choose it would be wet chicks

So if the girls show up with tight wet t-shirts, we get the gig? Claff!

just read on another message board that Josh pearson (of lift to experience) seems to be supporting dirty three in manchester, anyone know if he's playing dublin too?

there was talk a while back of solo josh shows in ireland but haven't heard much since.

I think josh pearson is gonna play the dublin show. I think he's playing the ballroom in late nov as well, but I could be wrong

That's right. He's also playing Galway and Cork in the same week (in 24-26th Nov). They're looking for another date for him if anyone else out there is interested..

My favourites are Horse Stories and the S/T one (a.k.a. torn and frayed).

HEY U:M could my band support a gig sometime, we are called "THE DESPERATE LOSERS".

We play CHORAL BANGHRA mixed with a bit of BIRDY NUM NUMS.

How much do you get paid to be a support band?

anyways i heard the albums only so-so? lots of short trax? chan marshall sings on it tho, yeah?

Josh Pearson of Lift to Experience. He's doing support to the Dirty 3 and he's started playing bass and mandolin with the Dirty 3 for some songs apparently. Also Bella Union say there's a JP/D3 split in the offing

Also Josh Pearson returns to Dublin to play here
