I just made this amazing dipping sauce to go with rice, steamed pak choi and salmon, its so easy to make and so so tasty, everyone should make it ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
You need :
A thumb sized piece of ginger, grated
2 red chillies, chopped small, with the seeds
Juice of 2 limes
3 tablespoons nam pla ( fish sauce)
6 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
6 tablespoons caster sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Put the fish sauce, rice vinegar, water and sugar in small pan and bring to the boil.
Add ginger and boil for a few more minutes till it thickens a little.
Pour into a dish and allow to cool slightly, than add the lime juice, chillies and soy sauce.
Spoon over your rice/fish/veggies and enter taste heaven :heart:
