i think so - i've had a good bit of advice from legal heads at work and a few nice journo's to say that he is completely talking out his arsehole

And did his PR company seriously think that you'd give him a good review when you yourself make electronic and experimental music? They should have done some research if they are looking to rack up some positive press quotes. I had a listen to the track and it is not the kind of music I'd listen to or buy or go to see live (ever) but there are probably some teenage/college kids out there who listen to ...(I'm at a loss as to names of mor bands) who would like it (because they know no better.
