Deerhoof Irish tour (1 Viewer)

I saw them for free in Brooklyn last summer and they didn't really make any sort of impression on me. The lighting was nice, I remember that much. I only really know the Milkman record and it's mixed real thick and that didn't really translate into a live setting in a big park. So anyway, I don't really know if I have a point, but that's life eh.
 
i think theyre one of the most interesting live bands around at the minute. no 2 performances are ever the same.

also, i TOTALLY get why people dont like em. its an acquired taste. i wasnt mad on em at first.

My main beef is with the vocals. Just can't get past all that yelping to hear what's going on. Maybe ditch the bird and we'll talk.

I love Apple O and their live vid on the Burn My Eye DVD was fantastic so I had high hopes but I've seen them live 3 times now and it was so underwhelming I left early most times.
