I'm looking into the more cultural aspects of Dublin. I've been looking around for places that cater for experimental/avant-garde cinema/art/music/literature/exhibitions etc.... Just general creative spots in Dublin.
In terms of cinema, I have found the IfI and Lighthouse in Smithfield.
For art I've found: Block T, IMMA, Basic Space, The Cross gallery, Monster Truck, Hugh Lane, The Loft Gallery, The Douglas Hyde Gallery.
I've also discovered the projects arts centre and the joinery which cater for a variety of things.
Are there any other places i'm missing out on? As i said before, i'm looking for places that cater for the avant-garde in all aspects of art i.e. art, film, literature, music .
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
