I can't see that video in work but just below the ear sorta sculpted straight hair seems to be big and has a bang of 90s off it to my mind.

There's also the grunge meets clueless power-dressing kinda thing,

There's a few people in my office who dress a bit like that, I haven't seen anyone go all-out with blazers or slicked hair or anything yet though.
