So i goes into Chartbusters to pick this up last night and all copies were rented out...same story at me local video store ..all out...
This must be a damn fine film!.....Anyone seen it?

It's a great movie - looks gorgeous, perfectly paced, funny and sad. great to see it's on a general(ish) video release.

Le Haine was very well made but so packed full of references to popular american movies that in the end I was all, like, come on lads will yiz ever give it up with the references to popular american movies....

no, it's just a similar sort of film, dealing with disaffected and disadvantaged YOUTHS living in shithole projects with loads of problems, located on the outskirts of huge cities. They're not massively similar films but they reminded me of each other.

it's mainly just scobey kids who like ub40
they knocked the youth club to the ground!
someone wrote all the lyrics to "where's me jumper" on the Shell garage. that is awesome.

i rented out xXx and How High the other night. totally the best 8.50 i've ever spent.
how high is amazing. it's even better than the "best of cribs" presented by method man and redman, if you can belive that. the vice president smokes out of thomas jeffersons giant bong at the end and they smoke some other presidents bones. i give this movie 4 stars out of 5.

xXx is the most mindblowing movie of all time. i give that movie 5 stars out of 5. it stars vin 'diesel' diesel.
