i went to this awesome mexican in chicago a couple of years ago.

very simple menu that just consisted of:

Burrito
Super Burrito
ULTIMATE Burrito, which was about a foot long

Inspired by this I went to the Mexican on George's Street for lunch and had the worst Mexican meal I've ever had. So time to break out the kitchenware and try Gazzywazzy's recipe.

Lamb mince is the way to go.Srsly.

(on special in Tesco,the bastards)

All hail the return of the chimichanga.

Making them today, but this time I'm DEEP FRYING!

I'll let you's know how I get on.

That place is awful. I've been there twice and actually vomited after each visit. Someone told me there's a good Mexican place in the St. Patrick's area heading towards Harlod's Cross... not really familiar with that side of town. Anyone know of one?

Don't know of any near Harold's Cross I'm afraid. I've never been disappointed with Taco Taco in the Epicurean Hall, best Mexican place I can think of.

I once went to Cactus Jack's (on the street off abbey street / jervis luas stop) & it was absolute muck.

The deep frying was a complete success.Although I estimate each Chimichanga to be about 500 calories,so I only had two.

i want some mexican food now
maybe i'll be a lazy arse and just get a fajita kit

if i had a fajita kit i could make chimichangas !bing
