Absolutely scrumptious.I did'nt deep fry mine I followed this dudes healthier version.

I had some lamb mince burrito filling left over from Saturday night.Added some refried beans,grated cheese salsa and the bold Jalepinos.Served it up with a birra salid and rice.
Knock out.

I'm now officially on a Mexican food tip.anyone got any tasty suggestions?

This is a cool recipe for enchilada sauce from scratch, its nicer then any jar ive had. I used a can of tomatoes instead of passata.

That place is awful. I've been there twice and actually vomited after each visit. Someone told me there's a good Mexican place in the St. Patrick's area heading towards Harlod's Cross... not really familiar with that side of town. Anyone know of one?

Don't know of any near Harold's Cross I'm afraid. I've never been disappointed with Taco Taco in the Epicurean Hall, best Mexican place I can think of.

I once went to Cactus Jack's (on the street off abbey street / jervis luas stop) & it was absolute muck.

The deep frying was a complete success.Although I estimate each Chimichanga to be about 500 calories,so I only had two.

I had a Fajita from mexico to rome in temple bar it was really good. Taco Taco is great too. trying this recipe this week but my lady hates lamb so it's comprimised already.
