How much roughly would it cost to get a cd sleeve printed up i.e. cardboard envelope with artwork and art work embossed onto the cd itself.

I don't think you 'll be able to emboss the actual CD.

Not too sure if you can get a separate art/sleeve job like that done but it's worth a try
