ok so no matter what browser i use (FF3 / Opera / Safari / Google chrome) some websites never load for me.
such as aib.ie, myspace.com , most blogs.

story there? im on a centrecom / eircom line.

when i use my college WiFi i have no such problems. tried flushing my DNS.

any other suggestions??

you mentioned a college wifi network - why don't you configure your browser to go through the college proxy? will authorize you as normal with your college nt login.

no, my college login works fine. and so does browsing any website
its at home that i have this issue

no, I meant that you use your college proxy in your browser at home i.e trinity proxy looks like proxy3.tcd.ie:8001. That way all your traffic goes through your college servers and not through Eircom/Centrecom.
