should have gone in the home improvement thread maybe.

There's gotta be a story to this one - there's been big water damage, a hasty repaint / touch up job followed by a few years being empty. Photo 14- that plank across the top of the window really looks like it's been fired up to hide something.

CSI google maps.

In 09 you have 80's mercedeeses in business and party mode. I suspect the people who built it own these because it's pure watched too much dallas / dynasty era design going on there.

in 14 you have a convertible saab and what could be a construction van. Suspect just after 09 the banking stuff took it out of their hands and someone took a bet on it.

in 18 / 19 the saab is still outside

by 2022 the saab is looking to have a bit of green growing on the roof.

Kinda looks like someone picked it up for a reasonable price around 2010, only lived in a bit of it and then at some point it essentially flooded - (see kitchen unit kickboards for mould damage) probably through water filling up all those balconies and pouring down the chimneys. The carpets have been ripped out in a a room to take the attention off this.

sometime in the last year or so saab ran out of money / patience to throw at it and decided to cash in.

that's the lottery win sorted.

gorgeous gaff.
worked in loasd of houses like that.
though this one is clearly badly designed RE: drainage and damp-coursing.
added with little/no maintenance means spending a bomb just getting it back to liveable.
imaging refurnishing and redecorating it though, cost you another fortune!
