Eh, I don't know. I don't frequent shopping centres really. I think, for example, Henry St. or Grafton St. has a much more pleasant athmosphere than any shopping centre I've been in. It might just be the fresh air or the sense that you're in a public place rather than a corporate one, if that makes sense. Granted the shops are exactly the same but the street still seems more interesting than that place in Blanch imho.

You're right. The street is more interesting, I guess. Not much but definitely more but when it's raining on you on Henry Street you'll wish you were in Blanchardstown.

Don't get me wrong, Blanch is not some magical wonderland to me but it serves it's purpose. I'm not looking for enlightenment there! I'm not expecting to see the pinnacle of human civilisation when I go there and as a result I'm rarely disappointed.
