I have it on good authority that Rump - a - lump and his 'way too hot for him' wife are actually just moving to Moate for the year and not Autralia likehe's been saying.
Ah well, let's bomb Moate then. Sure isn't TR Dallas from there.

jeez what with hag giving up the gigs, pantone giving up the internet (scheah right) and rumphole and fionga chuckin' off, this is indeed a time of great change

what will the future hold?

I feel like Peig when she was going in aimsir to Ventry or wherever it was

Solas is the venue formerly known as the modern green bar.

Anois is a nice quite pub a bit further up the rathmines end of camden st. Sort of past and opposite the palace.

Last time I was in Anois it was a Thursday and someone was fiddling with decks and playing electronica type stuff in there to the bemusement of older local regulars.

Ah yes Solas, that's where I'm getting confused. All these Irish names. they're just random words which you wouldn't use to name your bar if Irish was more widely used.

Would you really call your bar "Light"? Or "Now"???

How silly.

I can see it now.

It's 8pm. Derek gets up and goes to the shop in his pyjamas where he buys sausages, rashers and pudding.

He returns and starts to cook the food. Fiona wanders in and says, "Eh, Derek, what the hell are ya doing?"

Derek: "But sure it's breakfast time back home."

Fiona: "It's 2047, we left Ireland 44 years ago. Get over it".

Derek: "Ah sure you're probably right Fiona."

Fiona: "And why are you talking like a bogger? You're from Kilbarrack."

Derek: "Shut the fuck up or I'll bleedin burst ye".
