Anyone know of some good ones???

I'm revamping a website for someone and want to extract all header, sidebar and footer code from each page and just insert a php include instead. I've tried a few programs but i don't think they like the spaces and carriage returns (I have to take out quite a lot of code) and don't work. Anybody? This would save me hours upon hours.

Nostalgia? Your answer is some vague fond memories of dreamweaver? I got this program, MassReplaceIt, to work for one line but i think it's the carriage returns that are fucking me up.
