Bassist needed for established alternative band in Dublin area. Must be mid 20's and willing to travel. Own rehersal studio rented permenantly in city centre.

Influences - Led Zep, PJ Harvey, Janis, Jefferson Airplane, etc

M/F not an issue - just be good and have a open mind to trying/mixing different music styles. Eastern stuff, etc.

Songwriting skills, ability to play another instrument/sing and being chilled out an advantage.

Sounds interesting, especially mixing different musical styles. I play bass, I'm not mid 20's (add a decade) but very young at heart and have played with mid 20's group in London, writing melodic rock with them. I also play guitar and can sing. Very open to playing anything melodic. Love playing and improvising. Some influences - Coldplay, Damien Rice, Jeff Buckley, U2, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Cure, Smiths, acid jazz, funk, good rock.
