Bassist and Drummer wanted (1 Viewer)

Hey

Half of the now-defunct Glenwash are looking for a rhythm section.

The funny thing is, we were the rhythm section for that band, but are actually more comfortable playing guitars. It was a band of guitarists...bit of a nightmare.

This new band could well sound completely different to that one. We're into a bit more noise/instrumental stuff than we got across on those recordings, for example. I wrote half the Glenwash tunes, but also record instrumental stuff on my own (check sig). God knows what we'll end up with, but it's bound to be a bit of fun anyway.

Anyway, it'd be great to hear from interested thumpders, preferably based in Dublin or the midlands.

Thanks to the drummers who got in touch. We'll be arranging jams soon.

We're still looking for a bassist. Someone who can do backing vocals would be a bonus.

The stuff we've been coming up with so far is quite Aerial M/Papa M/Yo La Tengo-ish. With a full band set-up we will probably throw a hefty pinch of crunchy noise into the mix.
