I'm leaving the country next month and am looking to let my apartment out for the year.

It's a large, modern 2 bedroom duplex in Ballycullen, Dublin 24. Close to Tallaght and Dundrum, via the M50, with easy access to City Centre via bus routes.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes 1 ensuite bedroom, central heating, dishwasher, fridge freezer, broadband access and a parking space.
