Large double bedroom available on the 3rd floor of building directly in city centre right on lower camden street opposite the tesco express and centra(near the bleeding horse). 10 min walk to temple bar and located near many bus routes and luas station. Appartment is located in a very nice and lively area(lovely market and shops) the flat has a spacious living room(fully furnished), fitted large kitchen and great working shower, tv and broadband is available! you would be living with one other person a Male 22 years old, irish student. I am looking for a fun,very outgoing person to live with preferably a student. Rent is 550 a month and that doesnt include bills (the only bills are the bins and the electricity which isnt too much(electric heating in place)
