I had eff all sleep on Sunday night and then went to bed early tonight and now it's 2am and I'm wide awake.

And remembered I'd promised to copy something for somebody.

And had mad sleep pattern for the last week on Holiday so have yet to work out where I am.

I've got the flu so I've been lying on the sofa for 3 days and my sleep pattern is haywire + Brazil is on RTE2.
