Anyway you can get a DVD-R to play like an audio cd for hours and hours? (1 Viewer)

Is there any way of doing this or is DVD just not a format a standard CD player can read? I've always thought it would be cool to have a cd with 200 tracks on it, all full quality sound (well vinyl might be better but I'm tawkin didgitil). Whatcha reckon?

I think the spiral track on a DVD is smaller than on a CD. Thus the bigger storage. You use a finer laser to read a DVD which is why a DVD player can read a CD no bother but a CD player cant read a DVD.

I've CD decks that read MP3 cds, so you can fit 7 albums on a disc.
