Apparently it's being made with Keanu Reeves. The standard of actors in PKD adaptations has gone well down of late.

There's a trailer on apple.com/trailers. It looks superb. Fuck Keanu's acting ability - for A Scanner Darkly, he just has to act like he's got asperger's or something.

And he does that pretty well.

i reckon it could be pkds best book. i'm glad to hear this.

the story line is really bizzare/brilliant, but like a lot of his stuff that i've read, scarily believeable.

i know it's completely inconsequential but my music goes under the name "slow death" after the drug central to the book.

pkd was the king!!
