Kendrick Lamar's new record hits iTunes and Spotify a week early | The Verge

seems pretty amazing on first listen. He has a conversation with Tupac at the end of it

Listened to that Kendrick Lamar earlier. Fell asleep before it finished but remember thinking the first half or a little more was brilliant. someone I hadn't listened to before. Looking forward to giving it a proper listen over the weekend

nearing the end of my first listen to the Panda Bear album, really liked it based on one listen.

not as good as person pitch. better than tomboy seems to be general consensus from the little bits i've heard/read about. seems about right

after multiple listens a good few weeks ago. I take this back. after few solid listens this turned into a bore with a couple of nice tunes thrown in. Glad I didn't buy it at the time

Whoever he's sleeping with this week yeah. She was in that 20 Feet from Stardom film and also, it seems,The Voice.

It's all very Ally McBeal sounding tbh, nice playing but largely forgettable material. Would be good wallpaper music if you were the kind of horror who throws cocktail parties.

Jane Weaver released a new album today called the Amber Light.

I can't post a link to anything because I can't find anything thats generally available.

If you have spotify though, get over there. Check out a song called 'Your are Dissolved'. Kinda reminds me of Broadcast a bit. Its great.

They're playing The Opium Rooms (formerly The Village, I think) on April 25th.

Gotta admit I haven't heard any of this yet but love anything i've heard from this guy under Jon Brooks or his Advisory Circle thing. Don't sleep if you're interested. doubtful it'll be around for too long. you see this @george mcfly ?
