here are a few things i have noticed about london vs dublin.
1.the fact that mac donalds is actuallypulling out oflondon due to the fact that nobody wants to eat there, its kinda funky over here as you can eat out pretty cheaply,the other day i went to a funky enuff looking italian place and got alovely proper italian (take notice robedge) 16" vegetarianpizza,fries and a drink for 6 quid,like jaysus.
2. these hollandand barrett vegetarian/vegan/healthfood shops are everywhere and they are posi as fuck, vegan isnt a dirty wordover here.
3. there seemsto be more nailsalons than i have ever seen in my life before.
4. i bought a copyof adbusters magazine in nobles bookshop the other day,and lifted a copyof banksys book (me went with laura tosee banksy'sspraypainting down near london bridge,funky assed shit,as was the dali exhibition)anyhoo likeyoucould buy schnews anuual, do or die! and even the auldclass war magazine in a regular bookshop howodd, withnomarkup on the regular price.
5.shoplifting is easy but scary due to the fact that i dont wanna be detained in london.
6.socialist workers dont seem to be as big a packof wqankers as they are in ireland.
7.you can buy highlytoxic alcoholforvery very cheap,cans are wellexpensive tho,i have been sticking to the auld20/20 which apparentlyis a "wine based strawberry flavoured grape fruit drink!" wellits 14.5% and 3 quid a litre so yay yay
8.brixton grass is fuckin lovely
and yeahhhh lovejunk are playin on saturday but me thinks imgointo somebluesy/jazz place instead,gabba gabba yeah yeah.
