I still have a soft spot for that Thrills album. I probably haven't listened to it in at least over a decade but I remember enjoying it. On the recently purchased front I bought JD Wilkes new album at his show in the Grand Social the other night. It's really good.

Bought the new Pup and Jeff Rosenstock LPs last week. It was the first time I'd bought myself anything in fucking ages. Was nice. Both are deadly.

I picked up the Defcon 54321 LP by Man Or Astroman during the week. It's really good fun. I'd forgotten how good they were. It kind of reminds me of a more reverby Night Marchers in parts.

Fair play to ya for remembering. I got it from Norman Records in the end. Cost €35 after. Totally worth it. That YOB album's great. Nothing to Win's an awesome tune

Igot the Foundations of Burden LP by Pallbearer there yesterday and it only has 6 songs on it and it's awesome. The new YOB album only has 4 tracks on it. So it's twice as good as the new foo fighters! Also got the new Big Business LP at Mastodon last week. Tis deadly

That Augustus Pablo album's deadly. Must listen to it more. Aye, curious about it too. Was surprised that I didn't recognise the name of one band or song on it. Thought I knew most of the stuff from that era but then I realised I only know the sub pop stuff. Any good? Bought the new Yob LP...

I picked up the Plastic Surgery Disasters LP by Dead Kennedys last week. I forgot how great that album was. I also think I'm starting to enter that middle age phase where I keep harping on about music from my youth
