yeah but i have equipment storage included in d pricey, and if you rent the room for a month it works out way better you can jam into the night and i have a separate control room which is dead handy for recording.

in the music center the big leather coaches come in handy for when you are sitting on your arse doing nothing vecause all the crap equipment is broken, i have a nice spacious enviornment to chill out make a cup of tea and a seperate recording control room, plus my rates are better. give it a try.
