Yeah, Dr Roberts was great. Belfast currently has Backbeat (http://www.myspace.com/backbeatbelfast, +44 28 9033 3131 ) and Good Vibes recently re-opened - aint got a link or number for that place.

yeah, you're in for a treat. otomo solo was tough going at times but the thing - and the quartet with otomo - were both stellar.

quick heads up - if you knew where hectors house record shop used to be (north street), check out the 2nd hand book and furniture shop across the street from it. some dude is selling off a good stack of vinyl - punk, prog, soul etc. might be slim pickings now but worth a look. also, backbeat...

i had fuck all luck getting a ticket yesterday. fella at the box office didn't seem to know anything about tickets being released. festival website does say they may release some over the next few days though...
