just had my first spin on the 'good' bike in over 8 months. 27km, and i kept it easy; it's gas how little dialling back the effort affects your speed. kept it totally aerobic, no getting out of breath and averaged 25.5km/h, where if i'd bust a gut when i was fit, i'd usually make it to 30...
