El-P was fantastic.. a proper hip hop show.. he was standing around afterwards.. real nice bloke, digged the Irish crowd after the previous European dates, essentially equating it with an analogy of "a monkey jerking off in a cage being watch by a busload of schoolkids...you ony get a release at the end"

I think the timing on thumped has been a bit dodgy since the clocks went forward a few weeks ago.

El P has really come on as a performer since the last time a saw him play, around the time of fantastic damage. Still wasn't quite as good as Edan, but definetly one of the best hip hop gigs I've been to in recent years.
