I'm not anyway. I'd be worried about what they'd do to my stuff. You'd want them to get into good music, but they'd wreck records if they got their grubby hands on them. I hate the way they drool and have food on their hands too. Bleh. Also I probably wouldn't be able to have my beloved filthy Japanese comics in the house/on my computer if I had a kid. Maybe none of that stuff matters once you have them though.

Children are great. In some ways they are much easier to live with than adults are. They are usually fairly easily pleased and amused. My niece and nephew only cry when there is something wrong, once that's sorted they're fine again... and the problem is usually very obvious.

They don't sulk, they always let you know as soon as there is a problem, no brooding or overthinking. Everything is nice and simple. Their honesty is refreshing.

That is true. My nephew hated his car seat with a passion and I took several road trips with them. Someone would have to sit in the back with him and keep him entertained the whole time or it would be non-stop crying.
