hallowedbutcherylp.jpg
HALLOWED BUTCHERY - funeral rites for the living lp 10€
Hallowed Butchery is the alter-ego of Ryan Scott Fairfield from Kennebec County, Maine/USA, and his one-man-project brings you bizarre soundscapes between ambient, folk, industrial, progressive rock and heavy doom metal. Instead of the average doom repetitiveness, variety is the bottom line of this symphonic opus, ranging from soft melancholic acoustic passages to pure dark and slow funeral doom marches and weird synth fanfares. Lyrically, he deals with environmentalism, spirituality, religion and individuality vs. society. Altogether this results in a great album taking the listener on a trip into unknown depths of the self. This is some of the most progressive doom / sludge stuff ever to be heard, for fans of: AHAB , COMUS, EARTH, KHANATE and NORTT.

hellshocksecondlp.jpg
HELLSHOCK - shadows of the afterworld gatefold lp 10€
The second full length LP from Portland's HELLSHOCK lives up to everything we hoped for and more. Eight killer tracks of crust punk that sounds as if it were right out of the late 1980's UK crust explosion! Recorded during the same session as Warlord EP, the sound is just as crystal clear so you feel the full brunt of each note as it smashes you in the face. Absolutely essential! Nice gatefold cover!

doomfuckpeaceville.jpg
DOOM - fuck peaceville 2xlp 14€
Re-release! This has been released years ago due to the treatment the band has received from "Peaceville Records", who have now sold half the label to "Music For Nations". This happened after they had assured the band that the recordings wouldn't fall into the hands of a major label. The double Lp was sold out for years and is re-released now! The double LP contains 37 tracks from their out of print, early Peaceville Records recordings, including the "War Crimes" LP and split LP with No Security, rerecorded with the new line-up and twice as powerful as the originals! Gatefold cover!

makabertfyndlp.jpg
MAKABERT FYND - onskans natur lp 10€
First album. 15 songs in about 20 minutes. No downtuned guitars, no needless melodramatic intros, no bullshit. This is pure classic swedish hardcorepunkbrutality the way it was meant to be! Has members of Totalitär and Principles of Existence.

trainwrecklp.jpg
TRAINWRECK - of concrete canyons and inner wastelands lp 10€
The new full length from Trainwreck. 8 new killer songs by one of the best german hardcore bands at the moment. Those 8 songs are the heaviest shit they wrote so far and by the time the best ones they recorded. It reminds me a lot on the TAKARU LP - just more heavy and also on some parts of Burial Year. Nice coverartwork by NIKOLAUSHAUS design.

paintbox3rdlp.jpg
PAINTBOX - trip, trance and travelling 2xlp 17€
The third LP from Tokyo's PAINTBOX that was almost ten years in the making is finally available on vinyl. Combing the ferocity of Japanese hardcore with influences from across the music spectrum - classic rock, J-pop, psychedelia and more - this double LP is an almost 70 minute journey through a myriad of emotions and sound scapes that stretches the concept of a hardcore LP to it's limit in a way only Japanese legends PAINTBOX could.

convergeaxetofalllp.jpg
CONVERGE - axe to fall gatefold lp 12€ (transparent blue vinyl)
With classic metal enjoying resurgence as bands like Mastodon introduce a new generation to the majestic riffage of Sabbath and Zeppelin, it is only right that one of the bands responsible for that resurgence, Converge, should offer up their most accessible album to date. With their new album, Axe to Fall, Converge are set to find the wider audience that the band, as pioneers of post-hardcore, so richly deserve. Formed in Salem, MA, in 1990, Converge are to modern metal what the Ramones were to punk, with albums like Jane Doe and You Fail Me considered touchstones of the genre. Axe to Fall takes the band’s maverick attitude to new highs; with leader Jacob Bannon finding searing melodies amidst the chaos of chords that is their hallmark, while the band’s sound finds richer textures and deeper hooks than ever before. Nothing of the old Converge is sacrificed; everything is gained, in what may come to be considered the band's masterpiece.

VOETSEK_Infernal_.jpg
VOETSEK - infernal command lp 10€
Having released a full length and bunch of vinyl on such distinguished record labels like Six Weeks, Deep Six, 625, Sound Pollution, MCR and more, San Francisco thrashers Voetsek attack with their brand-new full length entitled "Infernal Command." The album consists of 17 fast metallic tracks mixing Bay Area fastcore/power violence (Spazz, Capitalist Casualities) and Bay Area thrash metal (Vio-lence, Death Angel). The sound is more developed and metal sounding while the songs are definitely more thought out compared to previous recordings, but the result is still the same high energy fastcore/thrash.
