so, you're in a band (2 Viewers)

...what would it take to make you leave said band? in other words, what is the most you would put up with, band-wise? would it take a lot, or a little?

i'm not sure i'm being clear about this...

Would find it very hard to be in a band with someone I didn't like personally.

Other than that, when the music starts going gick, or in a direction I'm not overly fond of. Joined a "mainstream"-ish pop/rock band when I was sixteen and left the same band at age twenty, by which time we were playing metal.

Opposite question: What do you do if you're not in a band but want to be? What do you do?

Getting blitzed with a few musicians you know and jamming is the preferred path imo. Audtions are hell on earth.
