I rewrite sentences to avoid using them whenever I can. I'm going to go to my grave still getting confused and anxious about them...

Possessive apostrophes , especially when concerned with nouns ending in 's' be tricky, but plurals? Cat's and dog's? DVD's? This is Thumped not a car boot sale.

I keep having horror movie moments. The ones that while watching you'd say, "You idiot, you should have kept those scissors in your hand!" ...as the actress puts them in the drawer. Then of course, there is noise in the other room. I keep freaking myself out and then logically bringing myself back to the fact no one is trying to get me. It's just so damn quiet. I could hear a pin drop, which makes the noises in my head like 10 times louder.
