As is my habit, I get into bands about a decade after everyone else does. What's the best LSF album to pick up?

I'd just wait for the new one and work backwards, out pretty soon

It's all good and just wait til you see the live show. Saw them in Crawdaddy a few years back and SXSW this year, 2 of the best, craziest live shows I've seen,

The new single is available as a free download on their site at the moment...

Enjoy!

saw them at primavera without knowing much of the material - thought they were amazing live but albums have to really grab me to be honest

I started with The Cat & the Cobra, which is quite different from the party band they are now. Rome is flawless also, in fact everything is awesome (Harrington's lyrics are a treat) up until and including Go Forth.

Yeah, I wouldn't bother with Let's Be Friends - it has a couple of good songs, but I was very disappointed as a long-term fan of the band.

Rome & Go Forth were the ones that stuck with me the most. Or maybe it was because I saw them live a lot during that period. They really are a 'live' band to see. I have 5 albums and I never put them on any more.
