Morgan Delt. 2014 psych album that leans heavily on 60s psych sound but does so pretty tastefully. ticks all the expected boxes. melodic reverby vocals, jangly sounding echo guitar, some electronic noodling in the background in places. all wrapped up in eleven 3 minute tunes, give or take. fans of melody day lp by Caribou would enjoy i reckon. (not as good as that lp though)

On first listen this new Pharrell Williams album seems to be a solid piece of work, bar one godawful reggae-tinged duet with Alicia Keys

I think with repeated listens it'll either reveal itself as something completely anonymous and formulaic or as a pop album of the year.
