It's a beardy linux thing that was pretty good last time I used it, which was years ago, so I imagine it's better now. There is also a version for windows. It won't look very like a windows program, but the output will be very good, which is what matters.

Hardcore Graphing in a mathematical sense. It's graph visualization software from at&t, it's a bit complex, but you can use it to produce things like flowcharts.

To be honest neither of them are as nice to use as Visio, Dia is probably the closest of the two.

I can't even seem to find where to buy visio (i just realised I can't install anything) to get the tech support guy to get it for me.:confused:
