I've gotten mad into making wraps for lunch at work these days as the canteen here is fairly dire. I've hit on a bit of a winning recipe with tuna, mayo and red onion but I don't want to be stuck eating the same thing everyday. Any one have any recipes they'd like to share?

houmous,tomato,grated carrot,cucumber and a few mushrooms (all raw) give it a quick toast and your set.
